OK, I read the article now. The author sold his rental property and bought bitcoin with the money. I think the article makes a bunch of good points, but the title is so clickbait-y. sigh

I sold a second home last year and most of the investment money I set aside from the proceeds have gone into bitcoin. Fortunately I didn't go all in at once and instead am deploying it incrementally.

I haven’t read the article yet, but please don’t make yourself homeless to time the market :)
