I haven't either with the mocks I've done. That middle part of the 1st is really dense with positions we need, so I'm all for trading back and stacking more picks.
This draft is pretty deep for OT and WR so you could go edge early and still fill those positions in round 2 and 3.
Especially since we don't really need a LT or WR1. The other premium position they might take in the 1st is CB.
Could go guard early. Seahawks took Zabel at 18 last year and that seemed to be the piece that solidified that line and made it a top 10 unit.
Guard would be fine. Between the draft and free agency, I'd like to see three new starting caliber linemen.
I think Kubiak will prioritize the OLine. He learned what to do but also what not to do in SF.
He has $120M to work with, now. Could be more if they get to spend the Wilkins money.
Good year to have it too. A lot of cap casualties. Should be able to get some good vets to fill in key spots while they draft and develop.
