That'sa decent selection of BIPs to look at, but my perception on which ones have momentum is quite different.

E.g. anyprevout had been latently popular for a long time, but there has been very little activity and push for it. More recently, LNHANCE and Twine have been offered as solutions to emulate Anyprevout.
Also, OP_VAULT was withdrawn in favor of OP_CHECKCONTRACTVERIFY and OP_CAT was assigned BIP347.
