Based off of what has come out so far from Israel and the images the vote was interuppted.

The Israeli defense official said the strike took place while votes were being counted. It isn't clear how many of the council's 88 members were in the building at the time

It is clear that Iran has no sort of air defense left and that Israel and Iran have clear air superiority.
