TIL that Layer Two Labs (Paul Sztorc's drive chain company) made a fork of Blue Wallet. It allows you to interact with a signet that has activated BIP 300 / 301 and some of the drive chains.

I've not really found drive chains to be particularly compelling, but its trustodial properties probably aren't so different than ecash or even some of the statechain stuff that Spark is doing...except that it seems to require a soft fork to work.

But it's cool to see that they've built out a signet ecosystem. Who knows, maybe it will catch on?

I would check this out if I didn't find Sztorc to be so obnoxious.

I actually met him at TabConf last year and had a very pleasant conversation. But in his promotion of drive chains there is a certain overconfidence or something that always raises my resistance.

according to @ihatevake it's because he's been so right and treated wrong for so long
