We are finalizing the details to sign the contract for the new place that will be my future professional photographic studio I explain everything to you.

The cost of the monthly payment is $150 per month plus $50 total condominium equals $200 monthly for an office of 100 square meters.

But to enter there are certain requirements from the real estate agency they ask for 2 months of advance monthly payment 2 months of deposit 1 administrative month the contract and 1 month of condominium the total amount of all this would be 920 dollars to be able to complete the rental.

Obviously this is a very high amount so we managed to negotiate in the following way the first month 2 months in advance are paid plus 1 administrative month and the contract total to enter 620 dollars.

Next month I must pay the two months of deposit and the condominium it would be $350 the second month.

From the third month on I would pay the rent and condominium normally.

Currently I have 500 dollars of my savings to cover the entrance of the first month but I still need the rest to move forward as well as the money for the construction of the infinite background which is basically something like this.

So i'm basically needing about 500-620$ more to pay the 2nd month set price and the infinite background.

How do I currently plan to pay what I am missing?

Basically I am going to ask for a loan from a relative to be able to build the infinite background and be able to start working there immediately I will do everything with my own hands to be able to save as much as possible.

And the money for the second month I hope to be able to get it with work if not I will ask for another loan from the same relative to cover what is needed and I will pay him back little by little.
