The problem is the association of bitcoin with crypto. Crypto is known to be full of scams. If I were running an automated agents product, I might want to ban crypto from my servers too, because I'm afraid of the reputational harm if someone uses it to scam or gets scammed themselves while using my products.

It they don't ban 'crypto' mentions their discussion forums will be filled with spam, token bots etc.
