I'm rather sure that LN Symmetry/eltoo needs either APO from BIP-118 for the backups to become simpler, or as said in the update on delving, some combination of CSFS with a covenant opcode, like CTV. I think that everything else for eltoo is in, except any of the needed supported protocol extensions? (Don't take my word on this, I may have missed something.)

We just had a short stay in and around Belize City. We saw some Mayan ruins. I spent time there many years ago on Caye Caulker. I always wanted to retire there, but I don't think that's going to happen.
