I think I'm losing posts right now despite having 

 for posts filter due to this? (I think you said the other day that this enforces 

max(user.filter,HOMEPAGE_POSTS_SATS_FILTER)

) twice (also my bad because I was all over the place due to being triggered by notification).

For example, I had to browse `new` to find Scoresby's post (https://stacker.news/items/1435817/r/optimism) twice (also my bad because I was all over the place due to being triggered by notification).

What does enforcing this on `top/posts/day` prevent? It's anyway paginated?
