Okay, so normally multicoin wallets mean putting Bitcoin features on the back seat. For example, Trustwallet, one of the most used wallets, since it's made by the Binance guys uses a reused Bitcoin address. Horrible for privacy.
However, unless I am mistaken, this wallet is the only wallet for iOS that has Bip47 (Reusable Payment codes) functionality. Samourai, Sparrow, and Spector are either Android or Desktop.
Being 'ahead of the curve' and supporting a privacy feature most Bitcoin-only wallets don't is a good sign. Of course, the other coins are a red flag, not just a puritytest thing, it can be an attack surface thing.
I'm not too knowledgeable about iOS wallets, if you have access to an Android, I would definitely recommend Samourai wallet. Maybe someone with an IPhone can help you if that's what you have.
