Is it illegal to carry a gun to a demonstration against ICE? According to the Trump administration, it is. Suddenly, many MAGA supporters sound like the the Left on the Second Amendment.

It’s always the same story: principles are great until they become politically inconvenient. You can’t be 'pro-Second Amendment' only when it suits your base. Rights are universal, or they’re just temporary permissions from the state. This is exactly why we need tools that are neutral and outside of any administration's control. Freedom isn't a partisan issue

I've said it before, but if you say that something is bad when the people you don't like do it, but don't have a problem with it when the people are your side do it, you don't actually think the thing is bad. Applies to gun control (or just to guns, if you approach from the other angle) here, but to any number of other things like doxxing.
