@SimpleStacker got me thinking yesterday about how we sometimes put blood, sweat, and carpal tunnel into posts that aren't well received while others happen to strike cobalt-plated latinum bathed in oil. Sometimes there's a controversy brewing and sometimes we just don't realize how passionate people are about something we just stumbled into.
Anyway, share your underrated post here and at least one person (and hopefully others) will check it out by this time next week. I'll give anything a chance excepting violent entertainment and porn. I'm set to negative infinity with X2 leverage, so bring your most under-appreciated material.
Only caveat is, I can't guarantee I won't further downzap it though if it's lame.

My story for last year's Stacker News fiction month.
It got some traction and sats, which I appreciate.
However, I didn't even get an honorable mention in the contest. That's what I call underrated.
Fuck!

IDK if it was because it was a "freebie" post or because it was merely a link to an external Medium article, but I was quite surprised that this piece received no feedback nor any sats from the SN crowd

I usually add a brief explainer to links because I find that people don't always click on them.
Also, wow. That is like a book. I'll have a look at it.
Yeah that does seem to jive better with people in general. In my defense, this was the first post I made on SN (and looks like I didn't really start being active here until a year later, lol).
It is a long read. But it's quite a deep dive into an intersection of a fair few disciplines aside from Bitcoin itself, I think you might enjoy it.
When I first posted it I was like "damn this is gonna blow people's minds" and thought I'd be automatically invited to podcasts and conferences and stuff... lol. Didn't quite work out that way, but got some great feedback nevertheless. Lawrence Lepard shared it on Twitter, which helped get a fair few eyeballs on it. RedTailHawk (who does similar work) and Michael Dunworth also shared some encouraging words about it recently on nostr.
I will have to update it as well, I've jotted down a fair few points to add into the mix... just have too much on my to-do list, perpetually.
I definitely need at least a few quotes from the piece or a brief summary or reaction for me to click the link.
Summary courtesy of Grok:
Unified Creation Energy Theory (UCET) is a metaphysical framework. Its central thesis asserts that all of reality is fundamentally composed of energy, with God identified as the primordial, infinite energy source from which everything emanates.
The author integrates scientific concepts with spiritual and economic dimensions, critiquing fiat currency systems as entropic and life-draining mechanisms that violate thermodynamic principles. In contrast, Bitcoin is presented as an energetic analogue to divine creation—through proof-of-work, it embodies time, scarcity, ingenuity, and verifiable conservation, thereby promoting abundance and countering centralized control.
Overall, UCET seeks to unify religion, science, philosophy, and economics under the principle that energy is the singular substance of existence—equated with God, love, and truth—while advocating conscious energy management through personal health, sound money, and intentional action to align individual and collective reality with higher creative potential.
My own are fine.
I still think about the story behind Solo Satoshi sometimes (from Car's interview) and I don't think it has gotten a lot of exposure. #1009881

This was my first attempt at UFO satire news, the Michigan line still cracks me up.
also a video from that article was made private:

I remember this one. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Oooh that whole thing sort of died. What happened, the aliens went away...?
Yeah, tho not unusual in a bear market
My post about bricklayers did pretty well, especially when we compare its sats-garnering power to my posts of today, but it was a post that left an indelible impression on me because of the variety of comments I received. An actual bricklayer also lent his perspective!
For sure this chapter of my SN serial novel:

I dont expect many folks here to be that interested in my fiction, but of all the chapters so far, this one is my favourite.

I was proud of this one I wrote for an English class. I think my title selection was bad and part of the reason I didn’t get the engagement I was hoping for. It was a challenge writing about bitcoin to a non bitcoin audience but by the end of it I thought I did quite well.
@SimpleStacker had some great feedback however
I still get a chuckle from this post:

Not sure if it's the most underrated, but I bookmarked this one because I liked it so much and wanted to be able to find it again so I can show other people.
Porn?! There's porn on SN??
there was a time when you could find such posts
There’s an nsfw button. Doesn’t that mean there’s porn?
How am i supposed to know??
There used to be a ~nsfw territory. It got created in the early territory sooner stampede.

you are correct, LOST is 10/10
I have a bunch of zero value, so they don't count. The lowest value one I have at 2 sats is this one: #1344779
I just doubled you. You've now got 4.

The post I wish more people read was "Dr Satoshi Nakamoto's Frankenmoney" (#738304) wherein I make the case that Bitcoin is like frankenstein's monster except in the role of Maria Von Trapp: The hills are alive with the sound of fuck-you money!!!!
This is a great post. Bookmarking it for the goldmine of interesting posts it is.

I'm not much of a writer, and I write even less than I'd like to. Among the things I've already posted that don't involve a link (I've noticed that posts with links are often seen as lazy sharing, no matter how much you've built upon that content), this one is a underrated. I'm going to write more and better this year – not a promise.
Most posts are technical.
