I really appreciate this perspective. Merit should come from the quality of ideas, not from how someone chooses to interact with sats.

The protest makes sense — it refocuses attention on content over credentials. Hopefully, this sparks a more thoughtful discussion instead of zap tribalism.

Surely in this case where we are operating on a platform that has been built specifically and intentionally to operate on a V4V, P2P, sats denominated ethos, those who refuse to engage with sats and who choose to not attach wallets are undermining the ethos.

I agree content is important but in many cases the participants who have outright refused to attach a LN wallet claim to be devoted and dedicated Bitcoiners, 'living on the Bitcoin Standard and seeking to progress the development of the network.

Yet, they refuse outright to attach LN wallets. They thus reduce the use of sats and increase the circulation of CC shitcoins. They are not enabling P2P V4V sats denominated community. They are undermining it.

Their hypocrisy is what I wish to call out.
So while content is important, so is intent, commitment and truthfulness.

I have yet to hear a convincing reason for not attaching a LN wallet/s if you are in the first instance claiming to be a serious and committed Bitcoiner.
