Coldcard, jade, bitbox, ledger, krux, and specter diy all support miniscript.

I agree that most bitcoiners don't use miniscript. But the same could have been said for multisig a few years ago. Hardly makes it a wizard feature.

fair, but the fact that there are that many hardware signers supporting miniscript is evidence that their customers have requested it. implementation is not easy and it isn't something I'd expect a business to do unless they thought it was a value add.

doubtful, a lot of these newer features are just out marketing the competition. see trezors quantum ready bullshit as an example.
