Playing this on PS4 is painful; the bugs and things loading right in front of you take away all the immersion that the environment and the stories they built could have provided. It even made me more critical of the plot, which stays too focused on the "super character"—there’s no real danger throughout the entire storyline. Like when you try to kidnap the Arasaka heiress and easily kill her bodyguard, who is supposed to be the best of the best assassins. Or when you need to flee the city after that because your face is all over town, yet you move around freely without even worrying about the police, civilians, or Arasaka assassins, even being able to do a rescue mission helping a detective.

it didn't hit with me emotionally the same way something like RD2

Not even clode. So far, for me, RDR 2 is an out-of-this-world, incredible experience. Witcher 3 in my top rank.

i played withcer on the switch, which was fine, but i plan on playing the remaster on ps5 to properlyu enjoy the graphics .
my friend was actually mad at me for playing it on switch becuase of how much the graphcis disgusted him lol

Some console games ported to the Switch are really well optimized; I played Cyberpunk and it actually runs better there than on the PS4, especially regarding the graphic quality you mentioned.
