I'm not aware of a mining pool operated by tether/bitfinex, but that would be a logical next step...
Not a pool, but they have the Tether Power mining operations - iirc currently in El Salvador, but no longer Uruguay?

can I use it on a bitaxe? is it better?
I don't see any support for Bitaxe in their documentation. If you're using your Bitaxe with Braiins or public-pool, it may not be the best option as it looks to only support Ocean and F2Pool right now.
