China approved the purchase of roughly 400,000 H200 chips which is a huge win for Nvidia. It is a little funny how at the end of last year China tried to say ehhhh we don't need them and we don't trust them only to realize that they are significantly ahead of what China can produce domestically. Chinese companies have a need of 2 million GPUs and given how domestically the country is having a huge issue with wafer yield rates something that the US and Taiwan have refined in their decades of wafer production.
