Even though you had some issues spending your days in some places, and you highlighted some infrastructure issues, it seems to me bitcoin roots are strong there and we only need to wait for the tree to grow. But as you mentioned, without spenders watering the tree, progress won’t be made. Seems like if you loaded up a blink wallet prior to going you would get by quite well there.
