1. would you use specific CLTV settings or default as it comes with the LN implementation? Please explain why would you change that setting.
2. would you use zero base fee ?
3. would you use the "valve system" ([as Rene Pickhardt explain it in his paper](https://blog.bitmex.com/the-power-of-htlc_maximum_msat-as-a-control-valve-for-better-flow-control-improved-reliability-and-lower-expected-payment-failure-rates-on-the-lightning-network/)) - aka min/max HTLC per channel ?
