Your job is to rotate that laser side to side.
Not to tap the weight on the floor.
Sit tall.
Feet up and uncrossed.
Ribs down.
Rotate your torso as one solid unit.
Shoulders, ribs, and chest move together.
That’s how you load the obliques and deep core.
Not your hip flexors.
Not momentum.
Use bodyweight or load it.
Doesn’t matter.
Control does.

As many clean reps as you can with good form.
Sets
2–3 sets.
Frequency
1–2x per week.

Hanging or lying leg raises
Knee raises
Reverse cable crunches
