Found another review, today about SN. I'm happy people start appreciating it as a community instead of a stacking tool. It make SN level up with its indirect competitors.

What started as a simple concept, basically "Hacker News but you earn Bitcoin," has exploded into something much bigger. It's become a full-fledged social platform. You've got news feeds, established Bitcoin figures sharing guides and reviews, a marketplace where people actually trade, a weekly podcast, a non-custodial Lightning Network integration, Nostr connections, job listings, and territories that let users create their own spaces.

That's a nice intro! The review still focusing on reward system for creating content. However, is one of the few I found that highlight the community and the values provided by it instead of just talking about avid stacking. I feel this is a critical step for SN growth, what's next now? How could SN be able to scale to next level?

Thanks for sharing it! I sat on this for a while before finally hitting publish. I'll probably add more later since I feel like I didn't spend enough time on the wallet integration. The work @k00b and the devs pulled off there is genuinely impressive.

I don't remember where exactly I found this advice, although I continually find myself reminded of it anytime I review satistics, and even most of the times when I zap:

If you're simply here for the community, disable zap notifications;

and I emphasize further, the advice was to disable, rather than raising the minimum threshhold for notification.

I've been keeping my notifications for zaps enabled, because I'm still studying my own anecdotal experience in obsessive detail while wondering about the various "user stories" that approximate the typical behaviors; however, by actually disabling all zap notifications, you actually give way for notifications to help you carry on your conversations with the community; and if you're ever curious about the zappy moderation metadata, you can visit satistics or just mouseover the word "sats" in the leading line of the relevant comment.

Might have been. I've never been tempted to re-enable zap notifications.
