Life begins when you stop adding sugar to coffee... helps re-aligns your taste buds to savory instead of sweet so you start tasting food for the first time.
It took me a while to acquire a taste for coffee but I like it more than tea now.
No, but I don’t mind that.
I put a little maple syrup, honey, sea salt, and coconut oil in my coffee. Sometimes cacao too.
Wow, what a cocktail. Never thought about to drink a coffee this way. In my childhood a coffee was unacceptable, later there were two options: with or without milk.
All of modern names, e.g. espresso, americano, latte, I learned when I got older.
btw, how would you name your maple-honey-solt-coffee cocktail?
I’d call it HODL coffee because it was inspired by @oshigood’s HODL Butter.
I'll have to give Azercay a try, thanks for the recommendation.
As for coffee, the only recommendation I can make is whole bean. Grind it yourself but not too fine. Whether it's Columbian, Guatemalan, Peruvian... I can't really tell the difference. I think the roast is more important. French roast is just fine with me. But you might like a light roast.
The most pleasure from coffee cup give me milk and sugar. Don't like taste of coffee at all. I'm on tea side.
Anybody's here is this saloon who likes coffee?
