Purpose
The purpose of the hearing is to examine President Trump’s artificial intelligence (AI) strategy,
"Winning the Race: America’s AI Action Plan." This hearing will help inform future legislative
actions that the Committee will consider to reauthorize the National AI Initiative Act and
promote U.S. innovation and leadership in the field of AI.
