I'm going to try something a little different this year. I took a baseline after I finished off the last Christmas cookies and I'll be comparing my improvements over the course of the year.
I made some initial gains in both activity level (red: higher is better) and fatness (blue: lower is better). My activity level took a dip this week, although I made more progress on fatness.
Now, I'll make a point of being more active.
