Other than extending the trip down to El Salvador! all you can do is check out any places listed on BTCMap and try them out. I now plan road trips here in NZ around BTCMap and am planning one down to Queenstown later this year where there is a decent hub of maybe 30 BTC businesses- there are generally still very few BTC accepting outlets but all we can do is support those that exist and hope more develop.
