U.S. Capitol Police Captain Michael Byrd and his wife, Kaleska, have run a home-based childcare facility in Brandywine, Maryland, since 2008, according to state records.

The operation, “Byrd’s Family Day Care,” is licensed under Maryland law but not accredited, a voluntary designation for childcare providers in the state.

Isn't odd that the DC officer who shot Ashli Babbit (sp?) also had his own "daycare center" (the address of which was his house).

Seems like it was a commonly known scam technique.
