This 'lifestyle' has two caveats IMO.

  1. Social eating gets challenging, generally speaking I don't want to burden anyone with my choices. If grandma (RIP) prepares me a high carb meal, I'm going to eat it.
  2. Keto breath. Doesn't bother me, but wifey has given me feedback (yikes).
