If it's not, I'd be really surprised. Coaching's a middle-aged man's game.

I mean, it should be the end of the line, but there are lots of dumb front offices and Pete's well-respected. I can easily imagine someone convincing themselves that he only failed because the Raiders are a dumpster fire (which might even be true).
