i am sitting down to get started on my january short story
i took my opening line from the video game my husband was playing:
"Hallelujah, I thought you'd never wake"
idk kinda hate it though, we'll see what comes out
after all, this is just an exercise
I appreciate the effort and sentiment.
I have felt the same about mine, but something about early January makes me feel similarly about everything. I have always loved Christmas, and it always makes me feel sad when it comes and goes.
Time off work gave me a head-start, so I'm hoping to be able to share later this week.
