If you're getting significantly more than half of what you usually get on a per-block basis, it's luck.

Ocean reports 20EH based on shares
Mempool.space reports 44EH based on blocks

So either Ocean is misreporting their hashrate, or they have over 100% luck the past 24h

Edit: or... someone is submitting external blocks with the Ocean coinbase tag?!? This would be how you mislead mempool.space
