It seems that the creativity concerning what can be done over nostr is exploding.
Twitter, phone calls, websites, messaging, encrypted communication, hidden services, ... .
Is there anything that cannot be done over nostr or at least is highly difficult or cumbersome?

Anything a web application does could theoretically be done on nostr. Nostr just defines a protocol for sending data to a server and retrieving data from a server using a keypair as a user's identity.
The protocol will need to be extended to support certain use cases and there's probably a limit to use cases it will be extended to support.
