I take it back - still hosed. Just took longer to get some of the failed zap messages (which in turn fail with the invoice in CoinOS).

Do you recall the message you received? Do your wallet logs reveal anything?
Edit: I spun up a coinos account and tried sending money to it and I'm unable to route to them.
I suspect their node is having issues which may resolve if given enough time.

Just hit their Telegram and looks like they're aware of it as of two hours ago, at least.

I had the same problem with coinos attached wallet today about 12-16 hours ago- it seems to be working again now.
I suspect it was a problem at coinos end.

It's not your wallet configuration.
I'll see if there's something wrong with our channel with CoinOS.
