RoboSats has made the swap trades more visible. From now on you can easily convert LN-BTC to BTC and vice versa. And this is how it works:

Offers → I want to swap.Offers → I want to swap.

SWAP IN means

  • You send On-chain BTC
  • You receive Lightning BTC

SWAP OUT means

  • You send Lightning BTC
  • You receive On-chain BTC

In the settings you can specify whether you would like to start with swaps or with fiat trades.

FeesFees

In general, RoboSats swap transaction costs are lower (~0.1%, mining fee included) than on e.g. https://boltz.exchange (~0.4% + mining fee).

Let's swaaaaaap.
