On this occasion, I want to share a photography session I did in my studio for two Pilates instructors. They hired my services because they needed professional photographs to create advertising flyers for a class they will be teaching in a few days.

The first thing I did was take a couple of photographs of them together with their mats to establish the Pilates theme:

One of the girls changed her outfit to ensure more variety when editing their flyers:

Then, the other girl also changed her clothes for greater variety. At this point, we started taking the actual Pilates photos, the idea was to simulate the girls teaching a Pilates class:

We did several poses to have variety in the photographs:

Since the photographs are for advertising a class, it was also important to capture several shots where one instructor was explaining to the other girl how to perform the movements correctly:

And at this point, I suggested taking a couple of individual photographs:

Then the next girl:

I took all the photographs with my Canon R8 camera, a 24-105mm f/4 lens, and two light sources.

At the end of the photography session, both the girls and I were super happy with the results. I hope you like them as much as we did!
