So, when you say "to European standards, right-wing faction", what you're saying is, by the European bloc's notoriously left-wing standards, the Belgian coalition government can be perceived to be positioned to the right of the left. So, it's a centrist member state, coalition government, and it's policy is, unsurprisingly representitive of a centrist government.
This is not very surprising, as the Belgian coalition government is led by a (to European standards) right-wing faction which historically has been favoring the rich, rather than the poor.
