Maybe, I think he's a better OC than HC.

But, I also think Miami have thrown him under the bus aswell.

He isn’t a play caller or a scheme guy. He is a football guy and motivator. He needs good lieutenants to succeed. I don’t think he is a bad coach but I never bought into the hype.

Could not agree more. He's a phenomenal head figure. But he's not the brains behind the operation.
