The Science teacher in me would go overdrive whenever I visit places like the zoo, River Wonders, SEA Aquarium and the Science Centre. These photos serve as evidence of my unparalleled work ethics.

• I am drawn to exceptions. The mudskipper is a fish that can walk on land whereas the axolotl is an amphibian that spends its entire life underwater. The human brain craves meat categorisation but no classification model covers all bases.
• When I visit the zoo next time, I need to find out why tigers are both strong and flexible and see if I can link these properties to the properties of materials.
• I want to embark on a passion project that requires me to understand how humans are conducting research to better human life by examining the structural adaptations of animals.
