Yes that Visa the payments giant! The company operates VisaNet, a transaction processing network that enables authorization, clearing, and settlement of payment transactions. It also offers credit, debit, and prepaid card products; tap to pay, tokenization, and click to pay services

If The Fed is the creator of the fiat system then banks are the servants and Visa is their communication channel!
Jokes aside
I own a tiny amount of shares going back to Feb. 2021 . I am up about 61% since buying some shares almost 5 years ago. With the dividend payments this stock did okay. Bitcoin blew it out from a growth standpoint but when compared to other stocks its been a good investment.
While some think bitcoin and Visa can’t coexist I think otherwise. Visa can acquire bitcoin spin up nodes and offer bitcoin lightning services. I might be naive but it could happen. Maybe they acquire lightning labs? Who knows but so far they been somewhat friendly to the space with their bitcoin company partnerships.
At 396.2k sats per share (@ $88,152), you’d receive a yearly dividend of 3,040 sats, which would take 130 years to recoup your initial investment. The company is expensive at a PE of 33 due to the growth potential.

Visa is no joke. The duopoly they have with MasterCard shows up in the fundamentals.
What shocked me was the level of debt they have but they have so much free cash flow and cash reserves it’s ridiculous. They could be debt free any time they wanted.
While the growth is projected at 11% which is kinda meh for a PE that is 33 investors are paying a premium for a great business that pays a dividend to boot.
I think it might take another 20 or 30 years before Visa adopts bitcoin in a serious way or just be obsoleted by companies like Block (XYZ). The $31M CEO and all the board members are 60+ and most of the stock is owned by institutions aka old money.
I do think Visa has a head start over MasterCard and American Express when it comes to adopting bitcoin thus owning a few shares might pay off.
Visa and MC always trade at high multiples.
$21B in free cash flow is just absurd
Where do they see growth coming from? Aren't they pretty saturated already?
That’s a great question would need to pull the 10k and see what they are telling folks where growth is coming from
