I thought bitcoin and lightning were payment networks? Why are we promoting a permissioned fiat spyware network?

I'm not promoting a "permissioned fiat spyware network" as you call it. The main point is that adoption is spreading. Crypto Debit Card's are the first step towards broader adoption of Bitcoin and the Lightning Network. I mean I use the Coinbase Debit lol, 4% back in crypto is pretty sweet ;D

wow just wow. If you use bitcoin for all your transactions good for you but for a lot of us that's just not possible. I'm not sure what you mean by "how much shitcoins are in your brain" but I'll tell you right now that the only crypto I own is Bitcoin so... If I can earn Bitcoin back on my fiat transactions than I'm sure as hell gonna do it. You can criticize me all day but we're on the same side my guy...

No, sorry but you are not on the same side with me, when:

  • you put together Bitcoin with crapto
  • you use Conbase and even worse, their visa card
  • you push the use of those fiat cards, instead of ONLY bitcoin.

You have much more to learn and your first step should contain these 3 points.

I have ZERO remorse for shitcoiners that do not want to come to the light and they prefer to stay into the darkness of shitcoining.

  1. Okay, that's fair. Bitcoin should not be put together with "crapto", I agree.
  2. Does the exchange really matter as long as you're withdrawing to self custodial wallets...?
  3. I was not "pushing" the use of fiat cards. Don't put any freaking words in my mouth.

If I'm making purchases in fiat why shouldn't I want to get Bitcoin back...? And don't just give that answer about not using fiat and just using bitcoin yada yada yada. I hate to break it to you but most Bitcoiners still use fiat because adoption isn't to the point where we can purely use Bitcoin.
