bit It has "bit" in the name. Bits and Bytes are common computer terms. So you know that it has something to do with computers. coin It has "coin" in the name, so you know that it is a currency. All coins are currency, but not all coins are equal value. That's the "speculative" part. Sure, it's a currency, but is it worth as much as other currencies? Well, when you combine the fact that it has something to do with computers the answer is obviously yes. Just think of how many computers are out there. Now think about what would happen if they all wanted to use bitcoins There's only 21 million of 'em, and so if it succeeds, you technically don't even need a full coin. It's the most likely to be around in the future, least likely to rug, though you should at all moments be prepared for it to go to $0 just as you are prepared for your current breath being your final. Don't worship it or lose yourself to any investment.......
