I'm curious what he means by "bypass the jamming".

A few years ago I was in a lecture by a professor who did research in this field. This stuff is really hard since you need multiple listeners (wich I guess starlink has due to several satellites) and need to triangulate the source of jamming. This is a nightmare with the movement of the satellites and probably multiple sources of jamming.

I seriously doubt they did the software for this in the last few days. They either already had this in development or (this is more likely imo) elon is telling bs again.
