The last couple of days I have been having issues with the Alby Channel Provider Megalith LSP. It keeps going on and offline and the more I looked into both @Alby's guides as well as other places it seems that most people are using multiple channels. The question I have for everyone is how many channels do you keep open at one time? On Alby's guides they seem to have three typically but what about a normal person who really just uses the LN for a couple of things like Stacker News?

For your situation, I would just open one more channel and I’d pick whichever lsp partner charges the smallest fee.
This is basically just a contingency plan right?
Yeah its odd and I have been in contact with them because I cant use my on-chain or LN balances to pay for it so essentially everything is frozen up at the moment.
I like the idea of a smaller one as a contingency and whenever this gets hashed out I will def move to do that cause right now this kinda sucks lol.... I have gained a lottttttt of CC though so..... yay??
I do wish there was a way I could zap people CC at least since whenever I zap now I get hit with a failure lol
