I like the direction of sorting through other people’s noise but I don’t think anything about how Predyx helps with that comes through.
Aesthetically, I prefer simple and clear.

One thing that's quite visible is that Prediction Markets do not get odds from bookies while gambling does. In gambling you interact with the platform directly while on Prediction markets, you interact with other people.

Thanks - no we're not going after ploymarket crowd yet. At this point our target market is bitcoiners only.

Visuals on the ad are good. I am not really a fan of the copy though. I think there are couple directions you can go. If you are targeting mostly bitcoiners you can lean into the fact sats over lighting is the native currency and that makes it different than other prediction markets. I like my tag line “have your say with sats” when targeting bitcoiners.
Otherwise you can do something along the lines of a theme like life is a series of predictions (some work out some don’t) make the most of yours on Predyx.
