Not the graphic but the name's been stolen, haha. Good job, @Wumbo.

Haha. No beef here. In fact I love that you're using it. Maybe I revive this post in ~news again. I ran 'The Daily Zap' for a stretch and I'm pretty sure @undisciplined and @grayruby and many others loved it.

Yes! It seemed like a lot of work though.
reply
Yes it was. Even though it was just copy-paste, finding five interesting stories on 5 different topics mostly took me about half to one hour, and sometimes I scrolled and scrolled for much more than that to find one.
Still, it was fun till it was paused. I even thought of creating a territory with the brand 'The Daily Zap'.

It could be a cool application of series type posts once we get those.
reply
I'm sorry I don't get it.
What do you mean by 'series type posts once we get those'?
reply
I forget who it was that proposed the new post type, but the idea was that instead of creating isolated individual posts, you could create a series that would contain those posts.
So, you could create the Daily Zap series and add each edition into it. The series would help with keeping the posts organized and discoverable.

Got it. Again it's much work really. You know it.
It's easier and much less time consuming to post isolate individual posts.
Now that I'm pretty much faster at finding news or interesting articles, maybe I should rethink of 'The Daily Zap'. What do you say?
