ah we probably don't have a route with enough liquidity to coinos. a lot of the folks using our coinos channel are bigger earners than spenders.

How do you explain the 24,895 invoice instead of 25,000?

Looks like a bug to me. I'll spend my day hunting for it.

Actually, I forgot. We allow mixed payments now. You can use CCs and rewards sats to pay the sybil fee.

So the other 105 sats were paid with CCs & reward sats.

Good luck out there on the hunt! 🤠

That darn liquidity! Always gets ya

Strange

another weird thing is it's not 25K. Did the SN generate that invoice?

reply

SN takes a 30% Sybil fee for every zap

reply

Yeah. But the invoice generated by SN should’ve been 25k, not 24,895. That’s why later in my logs it shows 17,500 (25,000 × 0.7 = 17,500).

reply

Yep! Just dumped the logs here in case @k00b wants to look into it.

reply

Not sure what’s going on

reply

Scroll through the logs till you hit the 25k payment and share it!

Looks like there’s some bug in SN that’s messing up the invoices.

okay I actually fixed this now ... this time I made sure I could zap you sats before reporting success

it was caused by a subtle bug in a library we use: https://github.com/alexbosworth/lightning/issues/207

Didn’t mean to load you up with CCs

reply

No worries about that! I don’t mind having CCs, I end up using them sooner or later anyway.
