Cheap VPS off lowendbox etc
ssh -fN -R 9735:localhost:9735 user@vps.ip
bind the lightning node to localhost but set the advertised IP to the vps ip
Can add this to systemd with the lightning node process dependent on it also in systemd
No ridiculous wireguard setup or other tunnel service required, just good ol' ssh.
