The massive influx of Nostr traffic (Damus) has slowed most feeds. I just added two paid relays, and the difference is extraordinary. No detailed metrics, but for 1 KSats (https://nostr.milou.lol/invoices) and 5 KSats (https://eden.nostr.land/invoices), it is highly recommended.
