pull down to refresh

I remember my trip to Nepal fondly. She lives life large, her bright, striking and vibrant colours an assault on my senses. It was like watching a colour palette in rapid motion.
Japan isn’t as loud as Nepal. It doesn’t vie for your eyeballs as actively as its counterpart. Being an immaculately structured country, it doesn’t showcase a riot of colours. Instead, every colour has its place - and they complement one another to accentuate the whiteness and brownness of their surroundings.
Perhaps since I’m in my mid-40s, I find myself gravitating towards this quiet display of colours. It was pleasing to the eye and comforting for my soul. It certainly engaged me enough while my wife was scrambling to buy souvenirs.
I have also decided to level up the Chinese I use with my boy: 日本的商品五花八门、琳琅满目,让我目不转睛
Drool :)
