I wonder how probable it is that dark energy/matter are just advanced civilizations erecting Dyson spheres and/or some other technology that hides energy and matter.
You should write a sci fi about it.

If I wanted it to be any good, I'd have to explain the lack of infrared light and many other things. I'd have to become a dark matter aficionado.
