Firstly start with Bitcoin and completely ignore all the crypto nonsense. Then you will be on the right track. You've attached a wallet to receive sats so clearly you know what lightning wallet is.

How do you know he attached WoS? Is there a way of telling which wallets users have connected?

Try to set up an on chain wallet on your phone.
Write down your seed words.
Then try to send a small amount of Bitcoin to it (from wherever you buy).
Then try to send it back to another address generated by your wallet.
Then delete your wallet software from your phone and reinstall. Try to recover your wallet from seed words.
There's nothing like using Bitcoin for learning about it.
